Whow, what a time for you guys in this Real Estate Cycle,

But, first, let me say a few words about myself. 20 Years in the

Mortgage Lending business as a Mortgage Broker I finally understand the

mortgage lending process is just that, it’s a process.

In truth, its really just about guidelines, within guidelines, “good”

outside “guidelines” not so good.

I think the first thing to think about is to take an objective overview of

your financial position, work security, and current assets and reserves.

These will determine how much of a home you can really afford.
